FalcRise

About

Regulated industries deserve frontier AI too

This is the thesis behind FalcRise: why the businesses that need AI the most are the ones told to wait, and how we build for them instead.

The thesis

Why does FalcRise exist?

The most valuable AI needs the most sensitive data - and the businesses with that data are exactly the ones who can't send it away. Hospitals, banks, factories, government. FalcRise exists to close that gap: frontier AI, computer vision, and data systems that run inside your walls, where your data stays yours.

Why now

Why now?

The models are ready. On-prem and in-tenant deployment is finally practical. The only thing missing was a firm that builds this way by default.

How we work

Forward-deployed, weeks not quarters

Forward-deployed. Small, senior teams embedded with yours. Outcomes tied to a KPI, shipped in weeks. We build fewer things, better.

  • Embedded with your team, not handing off a specification.
  • A KPI defined before a line of code ships.
  • Fewer engagements, each one built to run in production.

Who we are

Who is FalcRise?

A small, senior team of engineers and operators who've built systems that had to work the first time - in live broadcast, industrial safety, and enterprise data platforms, where a bug isn't an inconvenience, it's a compliance incident.

There's no account layer between you and the people writing the code. Whoever can move a given problem forward fastest works on it, embedded with your team for as long as the outcome takes.

Common questions

Questions we get asked

What is a frontier firm?

A frontier firm builds with the newest capable AI models but fits deployment to the customer, not the other way around - running on the customer's own infrastructure instead of a shared cloud. FalcRise is built around that model for regulated industries.

What does private AI for regulated industries mean?

It means the model, the data it's trained or tuned on, and every prompt and response stay inside the customer's own infrastructure - on-premise or in a private cloud tenant - instead of a shared third-party service.

Why can't hospitals, banks, and government agencies use standard cloud AI?

Most cloud AI products require sending data to a third party's servers. For organizations bound by data-residency and compliance rules, that's often not permitted, so they either wait or settle for AI that never touches their real data.

What does forward-deployed mean at FalcRise?

It means our engineers work embedded with your team, inside your environment, rather than handing over a specification and waiting. We ship working systems tied to a stated outcome, in weeks.
