Customers

Where our software runs.

Each deployment below is a FalcRise product installed inside a regulated business, running on infrastructure that business controls. Sector, product, what the software does there, and what changed once it was running. Customers are described without names because their deployments are confidential.

IndustrialVMS + Omniscient

Omniscient CV watching a plant floor in real time

Before

Cameras already covered the floor, but nothing acted on what they recorded until after an incident. Safety review meant scrubbing hours of footage after the fact.

What is deployed

VMS + Omniscient runs on the operator's existing camera infrastructure, on hardware inside the site. Omniscient CV evaluates every frame for PPE compliance and restricted-zone entry as it happens. No footage leaves the perimeter.

What changed

Safety events that used to surface a week later in a review meeting are caught on the floor, in real time. Manual footage review went from a standing task to an exception process.

FinanceOrgBrain

OrgBrain answering compliance questions inside the boundary

Before

Compliance staff needed to search years of internal policy and past decisions quickly. Sending that material to a third-party AI service was never going to clear a compliance review.

What is deployed

OrgBrain runs on the operator's own infrastructure, grounded in their internal knowledge, answering under their existing access rules. Every question, source, and answer is written to an audit record.

What changed

Compliance staff ask a direct question and get an answer instead of filing a research request, and every answer carries a live audit trail rather than a search across scattered folders.

Sports broadcastBall Track / Cric DRS

Ball Track reconstructing deliveries from a standard feed

Before

A cricket broadcast operation wanted frame-accurate ball tracking for close calls. The tooling that existed was proprietary and priced for a different tier of the sport.

What is deployed

Ball Track reads the production's standard broadcast feed, detects the ball frame by frame on a GPU node at the ground, reconstructs the flight path, and renders DRS-style review output while play is still live.

What changed

The broadcast reviews close calls on its own feed, without licensing a closed system built for someone else's budget.

School OS is live, paid, and running in schools today

School OS handles admissions, attendance, fees, and parent communication for schools that pay for it and use it every day. It is not a pilot and not a prototype. FalcRise is a Microsoft ISV and a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.
